⠀➡️ And on the right side you’ve got exercises you could be doing on your Workout #2
⠀If you’re training 4 times per week, you could add an upper body workout with compound exercises in-between these 2 workouts.⠀
So it could look something like this:⠀
- Monday: Leg Workout
- Tuesday: Upper Body
- Wednesday: Rest
- Thursday: Leg Workout
- Friday: Upper Body
- Saturday: Rest
- Sunday: Rest⠀
